Our Standards – Quick Response, Quality Materials, On-time Delivery

In any business, there are going to be standards and practices that differ from one company to another.  We’ve found that by deciding which areas are core to our business and putting in the effort to support them, we’re able to better serve our customers. Our standards are to provide customers with quick responses, quality materials, and on-time delivery. Here’s how we make it happen.

QUICK RESPONSE

One of our key focus areas is getting back to our customers. Whether it’s responding to quote requests, following-up on information, or providing some other type of personalized response, we place customer communications as a high priority.

At XHS STAINLESS STEEL, we’re committed to answering the telephone when customers call. Sure, it’s not always possible, but if we’re able, we pick up the phone. And if we can’t, you’re not going to get some robot directory. At the very least, you’re going to get an actual person’s voicemail.

QUALITY MATERIALS

We take a lot of pride in the consistency and quality of our metal materials. We have longstanding, time-tested relationships with the mills we source from. Our production processes are repeatable, in large part to our experienced staff. We remain highly aware of the details that impact metal quality, and when we get it just right, we do everything in our power to recreate that same environment that made it possible the first time around.

Many of our employees have been with XHS STAINLESS STEEL  for over 5 years, and over that time, they’ve turned metal processing into a craft. They bring a level of experience and attention to detail that borders on artistry. In times when extremely tight tolerances are required or a process is critical to surface condition, we’re sure to put our best operators on our best machines.

ON-TIME DELIVERY

The final area that makes up our core business standards is on-time delivery. We understand how critical it is for materials to reach our customers based on the timeline they’re expecting. Typically, a material order quote is going include lead time. And as our long-time customers know, the lead time we quote is one they can depend on.

Because tight timelines are common in our industry, being able to consistently rely on a vendor’s lead time can make all the difference.
